AMML Stirfry
It's got fat, and it's good for you. Besides, it tastes awesome.
Ingredients:
- 540ml (1 can) Mr. Goudas(R) Lentils
- 1/2 large red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c sweet summer peas (frozen is easier)
- 1/2 c lima beans (again, frozen)
- 1 small zucchini, diced
- 1/2 c whole snow peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 c broccoli pieces, cut in the usual fashion
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 c fresh spinach leaves, stemmed
- 1/4 c teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 2 cloves fresh pressed garlic (or garlic salt)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Proceed to Step Two.
- Heat oil in a wok or deep frying pan.
- Add all other ingredients at once.
- Cook until desired consistency is reached (but for the love of Pete, don't let it get mushy!)
