Mr. Goudas Fan Club 9 Bean Salad

This recipe uses a can of Mr. Goudas 9th Symphony Bean Mix to create a fast, easy bean salad. This recipe can be easily unzipped to use several more cans of beans! Just multiply the oil, vinegar, sugar, and salt by the number of cans of beans you add. We recommend you try adding chick peas, FavaChick, Chico Garlito, Red Kindey Beans, Black Beans, or any other Goudas product (except maybe the Vienna Sausages).

• 1 can ninth symphony beans drained and rinsed
• 1/4 onion sliced paper thin
• 1/4 green pepper chopped
• 1 Tbsp oil
• 2 Tbsp vinegar
• 2 Tbsp white sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• pinch pepper

1. mix.
2. refrigerate overnight for maximum flavour.
