About the Mr. Goudas Fan Club

The Mr. Goudas fan club was formed in the summer of 1999. Jonathan and Andrew were working together on a software development contract, and Dan was working at a web design firm. One day while we were taking a coding break, we were playing with whois, and found that mrgoudas.com wasn't registered! Within about an hour we had registered it.

The initial, fairly boring site stayed unchanged for a long time. We finally got a chance to do some more work on the site, and we also took some groovy pictures at one of our local supermarkets that carries many Mr. Goudas products.

The style of this website is meant to suit the relatively cheesy, yet friendly nature of Mr. Goudas packaging. The peppers you see in the background were real peppers that Jonathan gave to Andrew, who scanned them on his scanner! (this was long before mrgoudas.com)
